Pillar III of the Ailara AI Growth Machine

The fastest revenue in your business is already in your database

Before spending anything on advertising, there is almost always money sitting in a spreadsheet or a CRM nobody has touched in a year. Past patients who liked their result. Enquiries that never got followed up. These people already know you, which makes them the cheapest appointments you will ever book.

Why the list gets ignored

Not because owners don't know it's valuable. Because reaching out to eight hundred people individually is a week of work nobody has, and a generic blast to everyone feels like spam and performs like it.

So the list sits there, growing, while the same business spends money acquiring strangers.

How reactivation is done properly

The list gets segmented: who came for what, how long ago, how much they spent. A patient who had a facial eight months ago needs a different message from a lead who enquired about body contouring and never booked.

Then each segment gets a reason to come back that makes sense for them, over text and email, written in your voice rather than in agency language.

It runs before the ads do

Reactivation is the first thing we switch on, deliberately. It produces appointments from work you have already paid for, which means the system starts contributing while the advertising side is still being built and tested.

It also tells us a lot about your market, which treatments people actually respond to and what price points move, and that intelligence goes straight into the ad campaigns.

Then it keeps running

Reactivation isn't a one-off campaign. Patients lapse continuously, so the system keeps watching for people who haven't been in for a while and reaches out on an ongoing basis.

That turns a one-time revenue bump into a floor under your calendar.

Questions about this

What if my patient list is messy or spread across systems?
That's normal and it's workable. Exports from your booking system, old spreadsheets, and lead lists can all be cleaned and combined. Messy data is a starting point, not a blocker.
Is it legal to text past patients?
Where they've given you consent to contact them, yes, and every message includes an easy way to opt out. We keep campaigns inside the consent you actually have rather than messaging everyone who's ever been in the building.
How small a list is still worth it?
Even a few hundred past patients is usually worth a campaign, because the cost of reaching them is close to nothing compared to acquiring someone new. We'll look at what you have on the call.
