Why remote is the right model for this work
Almost none of what moves a clinic's patient numbers requires anyone to be in the building. Running paid acquisition, answering leads within a minute, reactivating a dormant patient list, keeping a Google Business Profile current and generating reviews are all done from wherever the specialist is.
The exception is capturing content: treatment footage, provider personalities, before-and-afters taken properly and with consent. That genuinely has to happen on site, and your team will always do it better than a visiting vendor would. So that part stays with you, and we build the process around it.
What actually changes by market
Two things, and neither is whether we can work with you. The first is competitive density: acquisition costs and how hard the local map pack is to enter vary enormously between a saturated metro and a mid-sized city, and the plan should change accordingly.
The second is regulation. Who may inject, who must supervise, and how a medical spa may be owned are set state by state in the US and province by province in Canada, and they change. We work within your rules rather than assuming a national default, but your regulator, medical board or college is the authority on them, not us and not any agency.

- No. Nothing in the work requires being in the same city, apart from capturing content at the clinic, which your own team is better placed to do anyway.

- Yes, in two ways: how competitive your local market is, which changes acquisition cost and how quickly the map pack is winnable, and the regulations that govern what you may advertise and who may perform treatments.
- Do you have offices in these locations?
- No. Ailara is incorporated in Ontario and works remotely across both countries. We would rather say that plainly than imply a local presence we do not have.
